In conjunction with our company's food sales terminal, it can achieve intelligent devices such as meal card recognition, fingerprint recognition, facial recognition, and gate channels to fully meet the needs of enterprise dining management, providing diversified and customized needs for canteen operations, staff, and external personnel dining.

Support multi platform ordering

The system can order meals through App, WeChat official account, touch screen machine, PC web page and other platforms, bringing convenience to users and booking can be made anytime and anywhere. Gate control

 

Support access control gates, which can be intelligently controlled to open gates in conjunction with consumer or facial recognition devices. Support customized functions such as QR code recognition, card swiping, fingerprint, and facial verification to open gates.
Reasonably control the entry and exit of cafeteria diners, which can be achieved by swiping a card (or scanning a code, facial recognition, fingerprint verification) to control the gate opening when picking up a meal for those who have ordered it, and not opening the gate for those who have not ordered it. At the same time, it can also be set up to open the gate for direct consumption without reservation.    

 
User orders and picks up meals

Users can log in through the client or scan the specified QR code to enter the ordering interface for filtering, viewing, and booking dishes. When submitting an order, they can select the delivery address for the cafeteria delivery personnel to prepare and deliver. After dining, users can evaluate and provide suggestions for the dishes.

Meal reservation mode

The system provides multiple meal modes for employees to choose from, including standard meals, set meals, overtime meals, buffet meals, and hospitality meals. The cafeteria management end can flexibly set the ordering time, reservation permissions, payment rules, etc. for each meal to meet employees' various ordering needs. For example:
(1) Standard meal: Display the menu (pictures) released by the cafeteria for employees to choose from according to the date and type of meal, and show pictures of the dishes.
(2) Buffet/Set Meal: When making a reservation, employees do not need to order or pay, only choose the type of meal or dining time. The system deducts fees uniformly according to the set payment rules.
(3) Hospitality meal: Fill in the hospitality meal application through the ordering end, including the information of the diners, time, menu, meal label, etc. After obtaining the information, the cafeteria management end prints a receipt to arrange personnel operations and generates a report through statistics.
Role Management

The system has the function of setting roles and permission controls for different personnel. After each role logs in based on their permissions, the system will display the corresponding permissions, menus, prices, etc., enabling personnel from different roles to operate different businesses. For example, logging in as a recharge administrator can only see recharge related functions and operations. Users with different login permissions may see different interfaces and functions.

Menu Management

Cafeteria management personnel add, maintain, and develop menu plans through the system backend; Set up menu types, release dates, prices, etc. to achieve recipe publishing, and the client will display real-time details of each dish in the administrator's published menu. The recipe management function is divided into three modules:

Order Management

The system management backend has a user order management function, where users' order details, dining status, reports, and other information can be viewed and operated by administrators. It mainly consists of the following modules:

User management includes user base management and user type management:
(1) Basic management includes card issuance, recharging, subsidies, locking, activation, card number modification, recharging, log viewing, user import, password modification, department modification, information query and other operations. (2) The classification management function can set limits on the number of meals ordered for each user type, the amount of consumption without reservation, the unit price of dishes, and hidden settings for dishes, making it easier for enterprises to flexibly control employee dining.
