The dust online monitoring equipment mainly uses particle concentration sensors as the main means of monitoring dust status, collecting information on the concentration of dust particles on the construction site, including key information such as PM2.5, PM10, TSP, etc; Equipped with wind direction sensors, anemometers, and noise sensors to monitor on-site wind direction, speed, and noise as auxiliary information for dust status. At the same time, the online monitoring equipment is equipped with an automated information collection module, which collects 24-hour information from sensors through high-performance embedded systems, and uploads the data to the server through a 4GVPN network to achieve real-time online monitoring. The dust online monitoring equipment should also have the China Environmental Protection Product Certification (CCEP) issued by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and the Certificate of Approval for Measuring Instrument Form (CPA) issued by the provincial (municipal) metrology institute. To provide effective and accurate reference information to management and construction units, the above sensors should meet the following standards:
1、 PM2.5/PM10/PM100 (TSP) sensors
Range: 0-1000ug/m3; Resolution: 1ug/m3; Accuracy: ± 8% F · S;
2、 Wind direction sensor
Range: 8 orientations
3、 Wind speed sensor
Range: 0-60m/s; Resolution: 0.1 m/s; Accuracy: ± 0.3m/s.
4、 Noise sensor
Range: 30-130db; Resolution: 0.1db; Accuracy: ± 0.5% F · S.
