Product Description
In order to strengthen the management of construction safety, utilize information management measures, and improve management efficiency, our bureau has added, optimized, and integrated functions such as supervision and management, construction lifting machinery, video surveillance, and dust monitoring on the basis of the "Construction Safety Supervision and Management System" (hereinafter referred to as the old system), forming a comprehensive "Zhongshan City Construction Engineering Safety Management System". After research, our bureau has decided to officially launch the system on August 10, 2012 The specific requirements are hereby notified as follows:

(1) Installation quantity of video surveillance equipment
1. For buildings with a construction area of less than 20000 square meters, there shall be no less than 2;
2. For buildings with a construction area of 20000 square meters or more and less than 50000 square meters, there shall be no less than three;
3. There shall be no less than 4 buildings with a construction area of 50000 square meters or more.
4. The monitoring coverage of municipal infrastructure projects shall be determined based on the actual situation of the construction scope and the length of the lines, with no less than 2 projects per project.
5. At least one video surveillance point must be installed at each vehicle entrance and exit of the above-mentioned construction site.
According to the requirements of documents such as the "Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Guangdong Province on Issuing the Management Measures for Dust Pollution Prevention and Control in Construction Projects in Guangdong Province (Trial)", "Implementation Plan for Winning the Blue Sky Defense War in Guangdong Province (2018-2020)", and "Management Measures for Dust Pollution Prevention and Control in Zhongshan City", construction dust monitoring equipment should be set up in a standardized manner. Construction sites with a building area of more than 50000 square meters should install at least one set of dust monitoring equipment on the inside of the main entrance and exit of the site or in areas where dust pollution is likely to occur in the construction work area (specific technical requirements are detailed in Annex 3), which should be uniformly connected to the dust monitoring platform of our bureau's Zhongshan City construction project safety management system, and directly connected to the management system through a 4GVPN network to achieve real-time data docking and exchange.
1. Real time monitoring. The construction site dust and noise monitoring system can monitor the noise and dust data of all construction site monitoring points and provide real-time updates.
